The doctor is okay but the way the office is run is terrible. You can never get to a person. They don't respond to emails. The only way to talk to them is at the actual appt. They send urgent messages, and no one answers them. It is the doctor's responsibility to know his office is run so poorly and he should correct it. That to me speaks to what kind of a doctor he is.
