This charlatan was my "doctor" when I was admitted to R-Wing. He saw me for a total of 15 minutes over the course of six days. He billed Excellus for five sessions of 45 minutes, each. I and many other "patients" contacted our insurers and complained about fraudulent billing. He was subsequently investigated by the state and was fined and lost his medical license for at least one year.
