Dr. Clifford Houseman is truly amazing—he listens, he cares, and he treats you like a person, not just a patient. He is the only doctor I trust to touch my spine. I’ve had two surgeries with him—first a cervical fusion and most recently a lumbar discectomy—and I felt supported and confident every step of . When you hear the entire pre-op and post-op nursing staff speak so highly of a doctor, you know you’re in compassionate, capable hands.
Dr. Houseman and his staff both in his office and at Macomb 12 & Hoover, have been AWESOME!!! Dr. Houseman has taken very good care of me and all my spinal needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had a pretty bad accident and broke my back. I was lucky enough to have Dr Houseman available to do my emergency surgery. Every time I see him I'm blown away. He's patient and compassionate and he answers all of my questions in a professional, friendly manner. I wish I knew more injured people to refer to him. Just kidding. It's very rare to find a doctor who is so personal and skillful. As you can tell, I would highly recommend him.
I was going to see Dr. houseman because I heard he was a very compassionate and a great doctor to get a second opinion. He was heartless, no compassion. It was a waste of my time. I’m in so much pain with my neck and all he told me is I’m on operatable. I said where do I go from here. He told me that’s not my problem. I’m just telling you you cannot have surgery.
