You all had my wife waiting for ultrasound for a hour kept taking others before her appointment.Then after ultrasound another hour for to talk to her you didn’t even know what to tell her.Get this company together this is crazy.Just to get money from insurance companies crazy.FYI the restrooms are nasty and they don’t clean them pee was on toilet seats no napkins to dry hands.Come on keep it clean for people.Employees are coughing preagant people look scared this place is a tripper.Get it together.
Terrible practice! Long wait times, badly managed and general chaos. Quality has really taken a nosedive of late. Most of the girls have no clue what they're doing and one of the only two MDs available is extremely non emphathatic with TERRIBLE bedside manners. She just brushes off ALL of your concerns.I had a yeast infection while being pregnant and went to another practice to confirm while Dr C just completely brushed it off. I had such a bad experience with this doctor's office. That story is below but first I need to complain about the fact that I haven't been to this practice in over 2 years and recently started receiving automated calls. Once I was left a vm, and then today I answered. The automated recording does not say who the doctor is, but that I'm overdue for an appointment. I just Google the phone number in order to figure out who was calling and was angered (but not surprised) to see who was "calling". It seems shady and odd that the ... read more
