I was having a panic on my way to therapy and was turned away for being over 15 min late to a 60 min session. I understand being charged the late fee which is 3x more than my copay but very disappointed my therapist refused to see me during a mental health crisis. I needed her in that moment and not only did I not receive services, I'm also out $85. Double whammy. Any other Healthcare provider would have supported their patient in that moment.
