I’ve had 2 back surgeries and 1 cervical surgery with Dr Douglas and I’ve never felt better . He explained and showed me (MRI) exactly why I needed the surgery and the relief that would be accomplished . He’s very caring and understanding and I would recommend Dr Douglas to anyone who needs Neuro surgery .

"First do no harm"? How about replacing that with "me first". The surgery outcome was blatantly oversold. Asked for just some kind of quick explanation and the Dr became grumpy, and described post op comments that were either from his mistaking me for someone else (he NEVER said those comments to me - in BRIEF, hospital room visit, and pre-op we shared maybe 6 sentences), or are just false. My Fiancé has had 3 back surgeries! Dr Douglas has done in the past! Recently just had a spine treatment done to correct his degenerative spine! It has been 4 months of pain and pills ! Worse than before surgery! Dr! Is avoiding him and prescribing pain pills and steroids on top of shots! Along with NewMRI! Which no one has yet to let him know any results! No call backs he is busy!! We will not refer this Dr to anyone! Except a lawyer

I have been going to Dr. Douglas for 10 years. I highly recommend him in all regards. A great surgeon and a wonderful human being.

Dr Douglas was my mom's surgeon who removed her benign meningioma tumor 11 years ago. She became hemiplegic after surgery and never regained strength on the left side of her body. She suffered numerous seizures and strokes post surgery and her health declined rapidly, leaving my family broken and displaced. My mom has been in and out of the hospitals and have been in several different nursing homes. She is only 55 years old. Save your family from long term grief and find another surgeon.

Dr.Douglas performed a revisionsal back surgery after I presented with a massive infection from a surgery in Buffalo, NY. He saved my life and the post care was compassionate and so professional. I will forever be grateful to him. I live a full and active life now 20 years later. Thank you Doctor.

Dr. Douglas did surgery on my back in 1995 or 96. What an incredible doctor and man. My back has been great for over 20 yrs. Would recommend him to anyone!!

I found Dr. C. Douglas to be an extremely professional highly proficient Neurosurgeon. He has a very kind, infectious personality and listens intently to your concerns. In my particular case, I had a very severe back condition that persisted and became progressively worst over a 20 year period. Dr. Douglas successfully corrected this condition with minimally invasive surgery. I am now on the path to recovery and a lifestyle filled with normal activity.

I was referred to Dr Douglas by my neurologist,, At my first appt he was friendly, personable and took me step by step through my MRI films . I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and I feel fantastic! The morning of my surgery i had 2 separate nurses tell me that he is the best and that other physicians and nurses seek him out for their surgeries. He stopped by to reassure me and to tell me again step by step what he would be doing and what to expect in the recovery process. Fantastic Dr !
