Registered and waited 75 minutes for a consult. When we asked when it was our turn, they clearly clued in and got us in. The Nurse could care less we waited. The dr acknowledge it, but that was it. If you want a rude, arrogant, inpersonable experience, this is a good choice. Respect people to get respect......
This year I have become a patient of Dr. Clifford Cook at the Northwest Oral & Facial Surgery. I have been very satisfied with the ease of making appointments, the friendliness of the support staff and the friendliness and competence of Dr. Cook and his dental assistants. My procedure was very comfortable and pain free! I would not consider using another oral surgery practice.
Thanks so much to Dr. Kennedy, Ginny, Lisa, and Gina for their wonderful job with my wisdom teeth removal. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend putting them in your care!
