Doctors are wonderful but something is bad with the front office . I'm calling for the second day where my number is 1 on the line! Please show more respect for patients! How can you wait 30, 40 minutes to pick up the phone. Next thing! they promise to call you back!!!! And you still have to wait a whole day or two ;(

Dr. O’callahan is amazing! Very sweet and explains everything clearly and in non-doctor terms for parents to understand. Also always asks if we have any questions. I’ve called a couple times with some medical questions and he had called after hours to put us at ease. Great doctor. BUT as the other reviews say, the wait to talk to someone on the phone can be long. Also they are very over booked and most times I have to see other doctors because o’callahan is always over booked.
