This has been my doctor for years. Discrete evaluation meeting, compassionate staff that can help navigate you through the state website and paperwork involved. Reasonable visit fee and accepts cash or card. 80$ my last visit, as a warning to all, update your state web info PRIOR to heading in on a renewal, less headaches involved and it will speed up your visit substantially. Takes about 2 days to process my card, even if you expire they can get you back in action pretty quick.

Brought my husband here to get his medical card, he's been struggling when GI issues for 10 plus years.
