Never Again – My son gave me a day of beauty for my 60th. I was very disappointed. The day before the appointment they called and change the time. I had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes listening to a sales rep. give a presentation to three employees. The facial was not the full hour, only 40 minutes and the tech was not very helpful. Worst Experience Ever – I went with my friend for a one hour facial. We walked down a dingy hallway decorated with plastic flowers and lawn furniture to the spa where two grumpy associates greeted us. I was taken back to my facial room where the lady told me to undress and slip into the bed ( weird because I wasnt given a robe), anyways when I came back out after my hour my friend was sitting there waiting, which is strange because I went in before her.
