Dr. DeDan made me(mom and sister also) feel very much at home and comfortable just walking into her office. The office itself is very calming and the staff is the same. The dr. took the time to meet with me as a “meet and greet” and was very welcoming. When I went for my medical examination, she was calm, collected and very thorough going through the huge file. Very thorough, professional, thoughtful and pleasant experience.
My last 'visit' was actually two telephone consultations about two different ailments I was experiencing. Dr. DeDan prescribed meds that took care of bother problems. Her annual physicals for me are very comprehensive and I have complete confidence in her decisions regarding my health.
It's not about the visit; its about the communication, listening and always there when needed. That team is all about the patients.
