A whole QUACK of a doctor. Dismissed everything I said and told me I’d be dead if I really had what I suspected I do have… only for her to be completely false in her beliefs (plenty of literature to state otherwise). I didn’t even have the heart to argue with her given her first impression of “I know everything” attitude she displayed with that comment. Dr. Testa listened to my concerns, family history and was thorough in her examination. She was also funny, kind and interested in what I had to say about past ailments. She accompanied by a geneticist Halee that was equal parts professional, kind and compassionate. Halee and I share being "pros and cons" list people and I am grateful to have them both on my team. -km

Gaslighting, egotistical, and neglectful. She told me my medical diagnoses were wrong and it was all in my head. She wouldn't even let her PA speak and shut her down multiple times. She told me my positive muscle biopsies were wrong. She told me my positive MRI was wrong. She told me my positive EMG was wrong. That she was “THE” neurologist and what she says goes.
