Elizabeth working the front office was extremely rude and confrontational with me when I called to schedule an appointment. She spoke over me, had a argumentative tone, and overall seemed stressed and anxious. As a nursing student, I know how important it is to be calm, and have therapeutic communication. I was not upset or rude, but instead trying to ask questions that clearly she did not want to answer. She was horrible. Dr. Eppele helped me tremendously to overcome work stress related anxiety and post-partum issues. She is incredibly detailed, gets to the root cause of issues and knows how to navigate natural and conventional therapies for best outcomes for her patients. She looks at her patients as whole instead of just treating the symptoms. We need more practitioners like her in the USA.
