Elizabeth working the front office was extremely rude and confrontational with me when I called to schedule an appointment. She spoke over me, had a argumentative tone, and overall seemed stressed and anxious. As a nursing student, I know how important it is to be calm, and have therapeutic communication. I was not upset or rude, but instead trying to ask questions that clearly she did not want to answer. She was horrible. She is a General Practitioner not a psychatrist.
Dr. Eppele helped me tremendously to overcome work stress related anxiety and post-partum issues. She is incredibly detailed, gets to the root cause of issues and knows how to navigate natural and conventional therapies for best outcomes for her patients. She looks at her patients as whole instead of just treating the symptoms. We need more practitioners like her in the USA.
I am not sure why the last reviewer listed Dr. Eppele as a psychiatrist. She is not and she doesn’t prescribe psych meds. She’s actually a GP (and a former surgeon) MD. She’s an amazing doctor who I have seen for trans cranial magnetic stimulation and neuro feedback. Their prices for TMS are the most affordable in SoCal and she was trained at Harvard.
