I was hired by Dr. Arnett and he fully misrepresented the agreement, day two I was attacked by his nurse Linda Fukuda RN, 7/28 and spit all over my face, forehead, ears, arm, no mask. I am still receiving medical care for what I suffered. Dr. Arnett refused to file any incident report or claim for all I suffered and lost. I was no longer a new hire on 7/29 and offered me a consultant @ $60.00 hourly at 30 hours weekly. I could barely function after what I suffered at his detox.
