My Husband and I have been going to Dr Zengoe for many years. She is an awesome optometrist and knows what she's doing. Very Professional and thorough. We love that they keep their glasses up to date and the newest on the market. Ben the receptionist is very pleasant and always helpful when trying on new frames. We would give them a 10 Star review if we could!
I have been going to see Dr. Zengoe for years. She is awesome. Very thorough and has always taken very good care if my eyes.
I started going here last year. I had gotten an exam and a new pair of glasses from them. After that they gave me the worst service of my life. The optometrist's assistant could not shape the glasses to my face. He acted like he had no idea what he was doing. Then I paid$100 to have my prescription put into my old lenses. They were the wrong prescription and the paint was peeling off my frames, which had never happened before. The arm on the glasses they sold me broke. They would not fix them.
