Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very good with the patients. For our convenience, she referred us to another specialist close to our place. She understands her patients and family's needs.
Dr. Clara Chan did my second cornea transplant ( October 2024) and I was very taken aback how kind and professional she treated me and all of her assising team. I was also treated very attentively and promptly by her office assistant(s). Thank you Dr. Chan and everybody who helped me from the beginning of the process, through that surgery and during recovery.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! very unprofessional reception telling clients that they’re condition is not important and tried to schedule me for an appointment 10 months down the road, found multiple other cornea specialists and I was able to go in within 3 days only for the doctor to tell me my cornea edima is gone and I should be ready for operation soon, imagine I had to wait 10 months for Clara CHAN to tell me I’m ok
Very good surgeon. My eye Dr sent me to the right surgeon definitely! Dr. Chan did my both eyes same timing & assured me all will be good. 👍 Helen, secretary is also very helpful. Thank you again Dr. Chan
