Although she gave me the correct diagnosis and advise how to take care of eyes, I find Dr. Clara Chan very rude and unprofessional, lack interpersonal skills and have no empathy. She tries to squeeze money out of me, to cover her office, even though I am covered my OHIP. She told that mine, on fixed income does not matter. She should be out of practice. Her greed and disregards to my eye care needs reflects her incompetency. I highly would not recommend. Thank you for giving me this space to help others, with my feedback.
Dr. Chan was amazing ! She was very friendly and kind. She is very professional and I felt very comfortable and confident for success. Due to a very busy office I did find that I had to double check all of my correspondence for correct details prior to my surgery.
Dr. Clara Chan is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and with all of her credentials, achievements, rewards and experience, I know I have the best care. I've had a cornea transplant and it is working out really well. I am so fortunate that she is my Doctor.
Dr. Chan saved my vision. Double cataract surgery and follow up procedure. She skillful navigated my previous issues (detached retinas). I was born with garbage eyes. Now my vision is near perfect. Dr. Clara Chan is kind, skilled and knowledgeable. Place your trust in her.
