Awful bedside manner. Clara is all about the money and will nickle and dime you for everything. She might be nice at her private practice, but she is a miserable person at the hospital. There are much better eye doctors in the city.
Dr. Chan was amazing ! She was very friendly and kind. She is very professional and I felt very comfortable and confident for success. Due to a very busy office I did find that I had to double check all of my correspondence for correct details prior to my surgery.
Dr. Clara Chan is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and with all of her credentials, achievements, rewards and experience, I know I have the best care. I've had a cornea transplant and it is working out really well. I am so fortunate that she is my Doctor.
