Great Dr. and staff.
I've been seeing Dr. Johnson and her assistant for years. She is doing a great job taking care of me. She is very busy and probably not accepting new patients to take good care of those she already has. I greatly appreciate that because many doctors have too many patients which leads to limited care.
Will not see her old patients from Cullman Dermatology and Cullman Dermatology will not see you either. This is very wrong in my opinion ! Sounds like we need more Dermatologists in Cullman if you can't be seen by either practice.
Not sure about the medical/cosmetic service, but phone service was very rude. The first time I had called, I had poor reception and walked outside to call again immediately when the operator told me she couldn’t hear me. Upon my second, clear call, she answered like she was extremely annoyed, then I started to apologize for the previous call.
