Check in was fine, vitals nurse was fine, Doctor Morrow, whom I have a lot of respect for, seems like she is tired of me. I go there about twice a year. Healthy in most ways except bones and arthritis. My quality of life is constant pain in joints. She did prescribe medicine for pain control, but when I wanted her to look at my wrist and held it out she briefly from 5 feet away glanced over at it. I'm retired military and recently switched my Primary Care Provider to Dr. Marrow after having a continuous poor experience with another PCM. I've had a very positive experience with Dr. Cindy Marrow and her staff since joining them over a year ago. It's easy to refill my prescriptions on their patient portal. Any requests get taken care of right away. The staff is great at following up and I have not had a problem getting seen the same day. I highly recommend Dr. Marrow, the staff, and practice in Stafford.

She’s a disgrace of a doctor. Has a huge ego, she barely makes eye contact with her patients, she’s snooty, and prescribes medication that she’s not too familiar with. The staff is also very rude, unprofessional, and Dr Cindy Marrow is a dysfunctional excuse of a doctor. Do not see her!

Very disappointed that the practice would not accommodate my immobile family member. Physician didn't even bother to return the call for a long time patient; I had to follow up repeatedly to even get an answer. Sad.....

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Marrow. She is vey knowledgeable and she takes the time to listen to and answer all of my questions.
