My mother is new to Katy and has many health issues. Dr. Jacob was kind and passionate and spent 30 minutes talking to us and assisted in getting us home health care, and took blood panel to ensure her meds were correct. My mother likes Dr. Jacob and we will be back.
Will be getting a new dr. I have a compression fracture in my back and this dr.is complainig i am acting inappropriately. I am in pain im not acting at all i just hurt and she was very condescending. There are to many Drs in victoria and she is replaceable. Dont use this Dr if you exppect class and manners. And im seeing another dr. tomorrow and getting a new xray. Who needs that kind of care from a Dr.
Staff is rude and talk down to patients.
The staff is beyond rude, I guess with the shortage of workers they can talk to you however they want. To bad the Doctors don’t care about what goes on in the front. The waiting times are ridiculous!
