Compassionate and attentive doctor, always took my questions and concerns with care.
Dr. Grijalva is truly one of the best. She is highly professional, friendly, open, patient and willing to listen to anything. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Grijalva.
The service here is patchy at best. I initially turned up for my scheduled appointment to be told "Dr Grijalva isn't coming in today - we were too busy checking in other patients to call you before you arrived". Couldn't reschedule for 3 months - then was kept waiting by the Dr for over 40minutes without explanation. Eventually had my biopsy and pap smear - now over 2 months later i am still waiting for an explanation of the results and for the results to be sent to my referring Doctor.
