Sadly it depends on what insurance you have, otherwise you see a nurse instead of. very discriminating.

I called as a first time patient and the staff member C(K)arla was extremely rude and inhospitable on the phone. I called back with a follow up on billing because she said "I don't do that. I am not the one who wants an appointment" and I was absolutely shocked at what followed out of her mouth. This is not the way you treat anyone... especially when you assume the visit can cost 1000's. I do not need anyone to be overly nice, but professional would be great.
