The office made me an apt for 945am. I called and explained to them I work at a specialist office and could be there at 8am. They said no problem they would get me in when I got here bc I was just going over results. I got here at 750 am and sat there until 845 am then had to leave to get to work. The front desk acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They had no idea who I talked to or who told me this. I have had nothing but great experiences at Dr. Chuk's. The staff is always so kind & accommodating and Dr. Chuk really listens to you.

Waited 1 1/2 hr wait for a test; just a test. What in the farm factory was going on as the test only took about 10 minutes. Its troubling enough when one has to wait this long for medical visits, but a test?
