This is the worst primary care I have ever experienced. I called in pain and the front staff was extremely rude yelling at me telling me that they refuse to help me. I tried to ask clarifying questions and they were combative. Health care is a. Place for empathy and this place lacks it. It was a distasteful experience and I will be sure not to return
Worst experience ever. I have scheduled an appointment 4 times to be seen and every time I go I have to leave because I wait for over an hour and I have work and they expect me to stay 2 hours and more. I understand he takes his time with patients but if that’s the case then receptionist should schedule appointments two hours apart so that we are not sitting here in the waiting room for over 2 hours of our scheduled appointment.
