Horrible doctor! The people who called him a rude jerk below were being kind. I cannot even comprehend how a medical professional could treat a patient the way he did me today. He literally yelled at me when I couldn't hear what he said, and also when I had questions about what he said. He was completely unprepared to discuss my test results, obvious that he had not even read them and he even admitted he had make a mistake on the results. Dr.Nguyen has been our family doctor for over 15 years. He is absolutely amazing! We love him. He takes such good care of our health. He takes his time to look at our issues and clearly helps us understand everything. He provides quality time and always makes sure we have our questions heard. He makes sure to give me referrals right away. Regarding health, he takes steps right away to take action in order to protect our health and well being. My experience has been great with this provider . He is compassionate and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to help you . I have been with him for about 15 years through different insurances
Wouldn't recommend
The calling center is terrible; they were so mean, impolite and rude. I asked her a favor to send a message to the nurse of dr Nguyen, and she said there is only 1 person work here, you gotta wait 7-10 days for the matter. I tried to tell her that the PA forgot to submit the referral; she also tried to ignore it and said thing on her own understanding. (ps. To have an appointment, you gotta wait 3weeks-a month).
