not a good sign when you call to make an appointment and you're put on hold with a recording stating you have a seven minute wait til you reach a live body. seven minutes later, the recording tells you the same thing, "you have wait seven minutes..." after about twenty minutes of this, I gave up. expertise begins on how you run your office. Dr. Bovetas lost me as a potential patient.
After waiting on hold for more then five minutes before even talking to anybody Darleen answer the call and was not pleasent at all. After I asked her name and explained she came off as being rude then she apologized. I don't understand how these people working for the doctor's in this office don't realize if it wasn't for the patient's they would have no job at all. Someone needs to give them a pep talk on giving better customer service.
