Dr. Norwood’s office runs efficiently, with a procedure for having people wait outdoors or in their cars until it’s time to go into an exam room. Staff members are pleasant and helpful. Dr. Norwood is skilled, professional and personable. All in all, a very positive experience.
It was great as usual. Everyone is so nice especially Dr. Norwood.
I have been going to Dr. Norwood since he started practice in New Britain. He is an excellent dermatologist.
Dr Norwood listens and never rushes you out of the office. He is very observant and addresses all concerns. Wonderful doctor and courteous staff.
Long-time patient; he is personable, knowledgeable, patiently answers questions, explains diagnoses and procedures, puts you at ease with his friendly manner, he actually listens to you and addresses your concerns. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the office is pleasant and clean. Not only is he a great doctor, he is a genuinely kind and compassionate person.
Dr Carley has been my family’s physician for many years (he must of just gotten out of med school!) we trust him implicitly. He’s kind caring very compassionate and knowledgeable. He’s never rushed and I feel more confident after seeing him for whatever brought me in in the first place. After hearing some of the horror stories about other MDs Im so thankful Dr. Carley is in my corner.
