Love the doc . Have went to him for 12 years with COPD. Not in love with office. At St.Clail Shores. Have had trouble with them facing paper work to Rite Aid. Here I am on a Fri with the office closed. Ran out of one of my nebulizer meds and unable to get ahold of the office till mon. I first called their office week ago yesterday. Called them back on mon,wed and talked to the. Yesterday. All they had to do is fill out paper and fax it back. Called Rite aid today they faced it back with nothing filled in.
Awful experience. Got confrontational when asked questions about my father in laws condition and made it clear he wasn’t willing to answer any questions and would much rather refer him to a different office. Didn’t order any tests that were required. Pretty much treated us like another patient on the assembly line. and even joked about having us apologize to the next patients for taking up so much of his time.
Professional without being stuffy, been coming here for years, staff extremely helpful and pleasant Dr. Hugh's the best pulmonologist.
