Dr. Szeto went above and beyond by helping me during an emergency, even though I wasn’t his patient. His willingness to step in and provide care speaks volumes about his character and professionalism. Sudbury is fortunate to have such a skilled and compassionate surgeon. I’m very grateful for his help.
I’m sharing my personal experience in case it’s helpful to others. I was referred to Dr. Szeto by my family doctor for a suspected ongoing fungal ear infection. Unfortunately, both appointments I’ve had did not feel positive. At my most recent visit, I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. They sent my referral to wrong doctor that doesn’t deal with cancer lesions they’ve done this twice. I think this is unprofessional. You think you would know what doctor deals with cancer lesions on someone’s face. This is horrible experience. It’s been five months going on six to get this off my face.
Dr Zito is an awesome physician and surgeon and person. He is very down to earth and answers all questions posed to him to the best of his ability. My experience, having him as my surgeon ,was nothing less than stellar.
