Dr. Gilbert in Refugio set my wife up for an appointment in Victoria that is in dire need to treat a kidney stone. They have the machine to break it up because this small town has nothing. Allegedly talked to him and said we could see him at an 8am appointment. Drove an hour to his office only to be turned away from his receptionist.
