Saw Dr D was given a card to come back for consult. My appointment was not honored and the office manager was very rude , when I did try to be seen. This is a breach of contract, if ya can't keep yer appointments how do you expect me to trust you in Surgery!!!!
The nurses and doctors take time listen to you they are very caring
Dr DeLouche is an excellent, excellent surgeon! I would recommend him for/to anyone! The staff are all good too! I give a five stars for this place they're awesome!!
Dr. Delaroche was compassionate and knowledgeable concerning my diagnosis and focused on ordering the test and follow-ups I needed to ensure I received adequate care. However, the receptionist need to be trained in how to professionally treat patients. It is not necessary to ever tell a patient how terrible their insurance is and cause them to feel bad because it makes their job harder. I had a surgery scheduled for Monday Sept the 9th 2024, I called on the Wednesday before to confirm they had done the pre authorization with my insurance I was told it had been filed by the receptionist who was extremely rude The office manager Janet called on Thur Sept the 5th my insurance to inquire why my claim was still in pending status. I received a call on Friday at 2 pm from the hospital that the status of my insurance was still in pending and they would not be able to proceed with the scope on my knee. I have a torn... read more
