I’ve tried to have a good relationship with Dr. Reeves and his office, but he’s consistently made that very difficult. I have many complaints but I will whittle it down to one for the sake of this review. I approached Dr. Reeves when I was around 18 to tell him that I had chronic pain, which runs in my family. He told me I was just too fat and had to lose some weight. I've been seeing Dr Reeves for almost 2 decades. Now that he's at Mercer Medicine things have changed. I was in a pretty bad wreck, in pain. Generally I don't trust all doctors. I called for Dr. Reeves, and the nurse asked me why I didn't go to the emergency room when the wreck happened, WHAT? She said she would call me back and let me know if he could see me. They haven't called back. This has never happened in 20 years. And it won't happen anymore either...

I scheduled an appoint after not having seen him in a few years. I initiated scheduling based on what I feel is a serious symptom. The appt was at 10 and I was to be 30 min early. When I got to the door I noticed a sign that said due to CoViD go back to your car and call in. By the time I called and made it back to the door, I was no longer 30 min early. The reception desk took me around the world and back, and now I've wasted a sick day at work and am still hVing symptoms. Where is the love?
