Staff is incompetent, never return phone calls forgets to book referrals. I've only been with Dr Reeves a couple years and it's a disaster. I think they use Mercer University as an umbrella to so they don't care what they do. No oversight
I’ve tried to have a good relationship with Dr. Reeves and his office, but he’s consistently made that very difficult. I have many complaints but I will whittle it down to one for the sake of this review. I approached Dr. Reeves when I was around 18 to tell him that I had chronic pain, which runs in my family. He told me I was just too fat and had to lose some weight. I've been seeing Dr Reeves for almost 2 decades. Now that he's at Mercer Medicine things have changed. I was in a pretty bad wreck, in pain. Generally I don't trust all doctors. I called for Dr. Reeves, and the nurse asked me why I didn't go to the emergency room when the wreck happened, WHAT? She said she would call me back and let me know if he could see me. They haven't called back. This has never happened in 20 years. And it won't happen anymore either...
Very nice physician that really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain the importance of health maintenance.
