Very professional staff was seen in a few minutes procedure today was done with out any problems
The staff and Dr Petrus were very nice and helpful.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and I was a bit nervous. Dr. Petrus is professional & knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and suggested I consider using a different approach to control any future UTIs.
Dr. Petrus is relaxed and not in a hurry. He listens and offers suggestionsbased upon our conversation. I highly recommend him and have done so to a few friends who moved into the area.
No waiting at any point. Staff was friendly and professional. I was advised of what would happen at each step of the examination and lab collection and test results. As soon as in house test report was available Dr Petrus told me results, went over his prognosis ensuring that I understood my options and agreed with my decision. He left me with with an understanding of what negative events to look for and assured me that I could come to see him without an appointment should such an event occur. My appointment was a follow up after lab work. I am very pleased the the out come of the treatment Dr Petrus started last April. I will recommend him to friends and family.
Dr Petrus and his staff are so professional and caring. They strive to make each visit as comfortable as possible. My last appointment was on an extremely busy day, and my wait time at the office after check in was over an hour. However, this was unavoidable on their part. I'm happy to make an hours drive to their office for the good experience. Highly recommended!
