Very pleasant. From scheduling, to check in, to the doctor and nurses—smiles and being attentive. Dr. Perry explained everything and made should I understood before proceeding along. Extremely thankful for this great place!
Had a septoplasty done by Dr. Perry. Nothing was said to me after I got out of surgery. I wasn’t informed of something unexpected that happened during surgery until AFTER I bring up that I have a huge lump on the bridge of my nose that has never been there before. His recommendation was massage then to come see him to he said “if you don’t like the shape of your nose we will fix it”. Well that was a lie. He sees me after I massage for a month and tells me that he is not going to do surgery because the bump is now smaller. I ... read more
