I went to Dr. Werner yesterday and he was wonderful and I am so excited to work with him to solve my problems with my feet and ankles.
I went to him for a Bunionette on my Right foot. He did just fine on that repair but he went a step too far trying to be God and suggested cutting a muscle below my calf that would supposedly improve my walk by loosening the muscle. Very very big mistake! Now I have pain weakness and that ankle and foot area along with a limp now I’ll have for the rest of my life thanks to him trying to improve on something God made.. i’m 66 years old him being the experienced so-called specialist should have known there was no need for him ... read more
Dr. Werner in my opinion is the best. He tried to do everything possible to treat the ailment. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Werner was awesome during my treatment. Before surgery he stops by and wants to pray with. He has great bed side manners. I tore my achilles and Dr. Werner did everything possible together up and moving again. I had a goal to be able to walk by the end of May. We had a Cabo trip planned. I was able to go. Dr. Werner is truly one of the best Ortho surgergeons in the Ft. Worth area.
I love Dr. Werner. He is very genuine, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever it takes to eliminate or at least reduce your pain. I just had my ankle fused and he has been very thorough and willing to take whatever time was necessary to answer my questions and make sure that I was prepared. However, his office staff is the worst. His nurse informed me that my hospital stay would be a week, when in reality he was only admitting me for a day. His nurse doesn't always return calls.
Dr. Werner was thorough and was concerned about getting me out of pain but back to doing my normal activities. I was diagnosed with capsulitis and received an injection by him. He explained the process of what he was doing during the entire injection and prepared me for what to experience. Dr. Werner told me he would order a ointment to put on my foot to help with pain. When I asked the front desk person she said it had to be mixed and would be mailed to my house????
