My wife Linda & I are patients of Dr Sobczak's. Dr Sobczak is the best doctor I have ever had. He is thorough, a great listener, always concerned, attentive, and always on top of medical topics. He provides direct, yet sensitive advice, and really cares about you. I can't say enough about how important Dr Sobczak has been to our well being!
Poor experience. Went in for a physical and was charged for something else. Doctor asked leading questions and I asked follow up questions. Imagine my surprise when my annual bill showed up as a different charge. Called billing department. They shared stories of their experience with doctors overall and some said they only go to the doctor when sick for reasons related to these practices. This was a terrible experience. Be careful of answering any leading questions. Went in for a certain type of appointment. Was billed for something completely different. At no point was I made aware that the nature of the appointment was changing. I usually have doctors that are more generous with their time. I have reached out to billing.
