He was extremely helpful and caring about my concerns

In my first visit, he diagnosed my condition. I had been going downhill for a couple of years and was sure I was headed for a wheelchair. In 8 weeks of treatment, he had me walking without a roller (walker)

I have used Dr. Rocco for 3 years. Never feel like he is listening to me. Doesn't care what I am experiencing or wanting to get involved in a treatment. Will not go back.

He was rude. He did not really listen to me or provide any kind of assessment. I thought he said to come back in a year, but when I got to scheduling they were making an appointment with a NP to review medication. Turns out he doesn't want to see me unless something specific comes up that I need to see a doctor for. Told him/them I didn't need to come here to see a NP for meds, my regular doctor can take care of that. I have neurofibromatosis 1/NF 1 and was hoping for a professsional that would actually make an examination a... read more

We were called to come in early, then waited until our schedule time. Dr Rocco was very apologetic and gave us a $10 gas card to compensate for our time. He was very thorough and answered ALL our questions. Super impressed.

I used to think this was a caring practice. I even switched doctors because I was so happy with my husband's care several years ago. There was a definite shift in this. Now we consistently wait an hour+ to be seen and are rushed out after a few minutes. I can't even get through everything I came in for before I am shuffled out. Very discouraging and upsetting when you wait months to be seen.

I saw Dr Rocco this month after waiting some time to get an appt. I have recently been diagnosed with chiari and have become very symptomatic and scared. I suffer with chronic pain. Staff was friendly but I heard muffled innappropriate conversations behind the glass. Dr Rocco spent maybe 10 min with me total as a new patient but all he wanted to do was give me a Pill I have taken before and had a very bad experience (stroke). He informed me that he could not help me and walked out of the room.
