Dr. Hayes is wonderful. He takes his time and actually listens to you. He's very knowledgeable without being pretentious. I can't recommend him enough.
He is very caring and takes time with both myself and mother. He is not rush to judgement or diagnosis and will listen
Dr. Hayes is the most wonderful Doctor. He is kind, he is caring and he listens to your concerns. My grandson was very sick and we could not figure out what was wrong. Our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Hayes. From the moment we meant I knew he was going to fix this problem. My grandson is thriving! I am so grateful for knowing him. He is the kind of person who will call you on a Sunday to give information about a lab result.
I was a patient of near 10 years. I didn’t check in last year due to Covid - called to say to set a wellness visit and they told me after 3 years I was no longer a patient, and he’s not taking new patients?
EDIT: 10/29/2020: Dropping to 3 stars, since I'm getting the run around. Got a bill from my insurance. The preventative exam was supposed to be covered 100%. Spoke with the office manager, Susan, who stuttered through the entire conversation which tells me she was coming up with lies and excuses. She told me it was my insurance's fault and if I asked them to resubmit, insurance would likely bill me for things they already covered and I couldn't go back if it turned out that way, but if I REALLY wanted them to, they would.
