Excellent MD! Neurology is not an easy area of speciality, especially when it comes to pain, but Dr. O'Carroll is AMAZING! I had seen 4 other Neurologists before Dr. O'Carroll and all they did was follow their text-book scripts (which DID NOT WORK!) to address my CRUSHING migraines.Dr. O'Carroll is BRILLIANT! I have been a patient for over 20 years. I have chronic migraine. We started with profilactic methods. We have tried various modalities and finally, after suffering from migraine for 40 years have found relief! Dr. OCarroll knows, as a migraine sufferer himself, everyone is different and sometimes it does take trial and error. I know from my experience this is true. I've been seeing. Dr OCarrol since 2003 for migraines. Was hit by a hoist and crane truck in 2004. Caused permanent nerve damage. Medications only;; were t going to work anymore. He is the best at what he does. He had me approved for shots and they are a life saver. I wouldn't trust anyone else to stick needles in my head. After doctors, even specialists at UCLA, had misdiagnosed my neurological condition and terrible migraines and vertigo episodes, I was finally referred to Dr. O'Carroll by my OB/GYN, my Physiologist, and my Inner-Ear specialist. ALL three recognized experts in their fields; all three recommended Dr. O'Carroll as the one doctor most equipped to figure out what I had been dealing with for, at that time, more than 10 years. They were right! Dr. O'Carroll is brilliant. He saved my life!!
