I highly recommend Dr. Chris Notley!! I say him yesterday and I already see improvement. Chris is kind, caring and he took his time listening and assessing my issues which we discover are tight muscles in back and hips. He did some deep tissue release and showed me 3 stretches to release the muscles. I noticed right away the benefit of the RIGHT stretches. I was expecting an adjustment; but for me, I think stretching and strengthening will give me long lasting results.
I've been seeing Dr. Notley for 13 years and he is the best at what he does. As a marathon runner, back in 2011 he diagnosed the origin of extreme hip pain I had that doctor's couldn't figure out - and Dr. Notley's recovery protocol for me was simple and totally effective. 13 years later I've been injury free until recently and again he made a focused diagnosis that others missed. Dr. Notley has successfully treated for every single issue if I have brought to him. All injuries have resolved and I have gotten back to 100%. He gives you homework to fully correct the root cause. Awesome care provider.
