I asked for a letter so I could show my employer that I will not be 100% and will be feeling bad during my treatment and he told me he would write it at a cost of $70.00. HELLOOOOOO, I almost walked out and never went back but I stuck it out. I went back to him 20 years later and WOW, same old Doctor, no change just a little more bitter. Myself, my Wife and entire Family will never be going to him again. .
