Wait times are ridiculously long.. I reluctantly accepted long wait with my first appointment (45 minutes of waiting). For my follow up appointment I walked out of exam room after 30 minutes of waiting. A lost copay and waste of MY time..
Wrong diagnosis, caused a bigger issue. In addition, put off by my mask even though he was informed it was for MY safety not his.

I’ll start by saying that I despise going to any sort of doctor, but after fighting an ingrown toenail for literally 20 years, I picked Dr. Moons practice based solely on his excellent google reviews. From the front office staff, Nurses, to Dr. Moon himself, I was absolutely 100% IMPRESSED! I had hoped to do any needed procedure during my initial visit, and they gladly accommodated.
