The front office staff to intake to Dr. Moon was efficient and professional. The office was clean, my wait time was under ten minutes. Dr.Moon was attentive to my needs he explained my treatment plan in clear communication. Received steroid injection he made me feel at ease and was gentle with injection no pain. Highly recommend for any foot issues. 🦶
Wait times are ridiculously long.. I reluctantly accepted long wait with my first appointment (45 minutes of waiting). For my follow up appointment I walked out of exam room after 30 minutes of waiting. A lost copay and waste of MY time..
Wrong diagnosis, caused a bigger issue. In addition, put off by my mask even though he was informed it was for MY safety not his.
