Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

There is ample parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. Their prices were very fair. When I'm on time, I don't have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, or they keep me waiting sometimes 20 ... read more

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
