Dr Wise, has been my physician for over 15 years. He is very kind, caring and always professional.

After 36 weeks of healing with multiple serious fractures & adding a new plate and screws to my previous hardware I graduated from care today. Dr. Wise & team was right there with me the entire time.
Fell out of wheelchair onto my right side, the side of my polio. He saw me as a trauma surgeon. I was immediately transferred from Lee’s Summit Hospital to Research Ospital where he was. He is a wonderful doctor and very knowledgeable and nice.
I wouldn't recommend!!! He didn't fit my sister with a broken ankle a with a new boot after surgery. She was wearing one from ER that was too small. He didn't explain specific purpose of boot and importance. How the foot needs to heal, the direction it needs to be placed. The boot wasn't explained fully so she could understand how to function at home. He prescribed wrong pain pills that she had a red band on during her surgery. Caused her to be in more pain and a call to 911
I would absolutely NOT recommend this man as a Doctor. He is rude, distant, gets impatient when asked questions. He wanted to stop my treatment to early, and wanted to stop PT after only three treatments. Stay far away from this doctor.
Most caring doctor I found for my knee injury. Laid out all my options honestly and didn't push me in any one direction. Always very professional and kind.
