I was impressed with my experience with Dr. Shelby and WK eye institute. Very professional and well ran. My outcome has been very good. My only complaint would be that I was not made aware of the high cost of the surgical center. I realize this is not controlled by Dr. Shelby and I probably should have researched the centers cost and my insurance coverage a little better, but I was caught off guard and not prepared for the high cost of the procedure.
Everything exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the treatment results.
I was so happy to have the laser treatment done in the office,no second appointment. Only took 20 minutes and I am seeing great again. I am only sorry I didn’t have it done sooner.
