Dr. Tsai performed Robotic Prostate Surgery.I'm cancer free and very happy with the level of care and professionalism I recieved. My surgery was at San Antonio Hospital. I will mention that the nurses at San Antonio have a lot of respect for Dr. Tsai. One nurse even mentioned that Dr. Tsai is her daughter and husbands Urologist Doctor. Dr. Tsai takes the time to explain everything to you and very easy to talk to. His staff is polite. The scheduler is very helpful.Never have to wait more than 10 minutes.
This was follow up to my recent Robotic Assisted Surgery
My husband was in pain The front desk was rude never sent the prescription to the pharmacy I had to take my husband to emergency room and go to a different doctor I am still waiting for the prescription lol
No beside manners or compassion for me as a patient. Totally rushed and "matters" of fact only. Had a "Deal with it" attitude on enlarged prostate.
Dr. Tsai is a gentle, nice and caring person. He is extremely pleasant and handled my situation seamlessly. He really takes the time to explain everything to you and answers any questions you have with care and doesn’t make you feel rushed. His staff is great (especially the scheduler) and they are respectful with your time. I don’t think I sat in the waiting room for longer than 10 minutes, which is very unusual for medical care. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai.
Went to Dr. Tsai for 2nd opinion for badly needed BPH problem. He was so helpful and professional! He explained step by step my situation and gave his recommendation. Will switch my current urologist who was so unhelpful, and go with him. The man actually listens to you and cares about his patients!
The most pleasant Doctor I have ever seen and at age 73, I have seen a few. He provides insight and information regarding the exam and prognosis-- very informative.
He found my cancer when it was very small. Another urologist told me I didn't have a problem. His treatment was done quickly and with compassion.
Dr Tsai has always handled my medical needs with professionalism and concern for my well being. Wish all of my medical providers were like him
