Dr. Reynolds took care of my husband who had MS. He was always treated with great dignity and respect as his MS continued to progress. Sadly, my husband’s MS was always too far advanced for any new medication’s but they always tried even knowing that the medication might not help as much as we hoped. I had been having some major issues with severe headaches. I had been to my PCP, urgent care, and the ER several times with no answers. I called around to all neurologists in the state and wait lists were at least 2 months each. I was able to get in to see Dr. Reynolds in about 3 weeks, so I made an appointment. The employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. The patient rooms were very odd. They were dirty, disorganized, and did not resemble an exam room. Didn't read the reviews before going. First of all, No one in the office seems to know what's going on. I had an appointment scheduled, and then someone called me to change it to the next day so I was fine with that. The next day someone called and said they had an emergency and had to move again to another day so I said it was fine even though I already took 2 days off work for the other 2 appointment scheduled and they didn't happen.
