I’ve been a patient of the orthopedic group for quite a number of years, but this was my first time seeing Dr. Matthews. He was very kind listened to me ,actually touched me when he examined my hand! I hate when you go to a doctor( nobody in this group) but they just look at you and don’t even Touch. He took my concern seriously and I had an x-ray. I have an MRI ordered and he referred me to physical therapy to have a special splint made as I’m losing function in my hand . Very impressed and I will be happy to continue seein... read more
Dr. Mathews is a tremendous surgeon. During my follow-up he was detailed and direct with his questions and provided clear direction on how to move forward in my rehab.
Most highly recommend Dr. Matthews. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Had to get a shot in my thumb joint and I didn't even feel the needle. He has a very gentle touch. Awesome doctor!! Nurses, radiology and front desk staff were also awesome! I've already recommended him to 2 of my friends. Five stars all the way. If you want a positive experience go to the Orthopedic Clinic.
