I go to Dr Mancuso about ever 5 months for shots in my knees. The process is pain free. Dr Mancuso is a very nice guy as well as the staff at the office.
Horrible customer service skills. The doctor was fantastic and understanding, listens to your concerns, a very nice man. The billing department however, horrific. I've been told 3 different things on the phone 3 different times.
