I love Dr. Kovanda! He did a wonderful work and I love how I look now versus before. He is knowledgeable, kind, respectful and caring. Together we agreed and what needed to be done to get the results I wanted. I will defenetely go to his clinic for any of my future procedures. Thank you Angie
Scheduled a consultation- got an email the same morning that the doctor had a “family emergency” and would reach out to me at a later time. Never heard from them since.
This place is a JOKE. I sat on hold for 30 min waiting to speak to the Dr. The receptionist couldn't "Get ahold of Him". It was 8:00 AM on a Monday after they confirmed my appointment 15 min prior. I discussed my frustration and the receptionist hung up on me. When i called the office back, they wouldn't answer the phone. I do not understand why they wouldn’t reschedule due to circumstances rather than keep me on hold, then hang up on me. No follow up after by the Dr. or business team. Completely unprofessional. #Bailey
