When I first arrived at the office I noticed it was very neat and clean. I waited my turn to check in. I was asked to have a seat until I was called back. I waited 30 mins before I was taken back. Once I was put in a room I was told Dr. Kotchick would be with me shortly. He never came in until an HOUR later. Very honest and caring professional.
If I could rate Kotchick at a 0 instead of a 1 I would. Do NOT see this particular surgeon if you have any severe anxiety issues. The rest of the office staff was great, but in the middle of me having a massive panic attack isn't the time to say things like "I've been doing this 20 years, I will not be disrespected" while purposely taking a step back to look down at me. I was having a PANIC ATTACK due to severe PHOBIA, not being DISRESPECTFUL. Highly highly highly do not recommend if you have mental health issues at all.
Dr. Kotchick is in your corner. Unfortunately, I’ve had a ton of doctors In my life and Dr. Kotchick and his staff are the best. Nobody likes going to the dentist for sure, but he is honest, won’t do something not needed to pad his bank account, and does great work. Can’t say enough good things about him.
